"My skin looks great! I do really like this cream, especially when combined with the procollagen banking serum. It’s not at all greasy. It’s light, absorbs quickly, and I am seeing results. That said I’m not giving it a full five stars just because I really do not like the over-engineered pump mechanism. I just wish Dermalogica would create their great product and put it in simple containers. I find this is awkward and hard to use and I feel like I smear a good portion of the product over the face of the pump surface."

Is this recommended for use with Tretinoin on sensitive skin? I see it has Lactic Acid pretty high in the ingredient list, and am concerned that it may cause irritation. Thanks

It contains ingredients such as peptides, collagen amino acids, and humectants that help improve hydration and skin resilience. You are correct that the formula includes lactic acid. However, because tretinoin already increases skin cell turnover and can make the skin more sensitive, some individuals—especially those with sensitive skin—may find that combining tretinoin, especially if it's prescribed, with products containing exfoliating acids could increase the likelihood of irritation. Since every person’s skin responds differently, it may be a good idea to contact your prescribing provider.
