How do I join Dermalogica’s loyalty program?
Joining is free! Simply create a Dermalogica account and you’ll start earning points right away.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by shopping, referring friends, celebrating your birthday, and more. See all the ways to earn points.
Can I earn points on purchases I made before joining?
Yes! If you made a purchase within the last 12 months using the same email address as your loyalty account, we can add those points to your account. Contact our Customer Support team and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have enough points, log in to your account to view available rewards and redeem your points. You can also apply your points at checkout.
How many points do I need to redeem a reward?
You’ll need at least 300 points to redeem a reward. You can check your points balance and available rewards anytime on your Loyalty page.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your Dermalogica account and your current points balance will be displayed at the top of your rewards page.
Do my points or rewards expire?
Points expire 12 months after they’re earned. Once you activate a reward, it does not expire.
Can I use points with other offers?
In most cases, yes! Points can typically be combined with other promotions. Any exceptions will be noted at checkout.
